For your individual requirements, pewag offers the possibility of manufacturing your lifting point in customised length (SL) or in maximum length (MAXL)*.
Customised & maximum thread length
*The maximum length (MAXL) indicates the length in which the thread is maximum available. The maximum length (n max) can be found online and in the catalogue.
Calculating the Required thread length (L): |
| L = H + S + K + X |
| H = Material height |
| S = Thickness of the washer |
| K = Height of the nut (depending on the thread size of the screw) |
| X = Excess length of the screw (twofold pitch of the screw) |
| L max. = n max. |
Each lifting point, which is ordered in customised or maximum length, is supplied with a crack-tested nut (which is manufactured according to DIN 980 V, strength class 10) and a washer, or with a collar nut for larger threads.
Of course we manufacture your lifting point with individual thread length within 24 hours.
